Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of Relnivo.
Last updated
These terms govern access to and use of the Relnivo platform. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
Your account
You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your workspace. Notify us immediately at security@relnivo.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You may not use Relnivo to send unsolicited bulk messages, to store data you have no lawful basis to process, to attempt to breach the security of the platform, or to violate the terms of any connected channel provider.
- No unsolicited bulk or deceptive messaging
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- No attempts to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- No reverse engineering of the platform
Your data
You retain all rights to the data you store in Relnivo. We claim no ownership over it and process it only to provide the service, as set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
Fees and billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Usage above your plan allowance is billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order form.
Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime on Business plans and 99.99% on Enterprise, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 72 hours in advance. Service credits are described in your order form.
Termination
You may cancel at any time from workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, giving 30 days notice and an opportunity to remedy except where the breach involves security or unlawful use.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continuing to use the platform after the notice period constitutes acceptance. Material changes to Enterprise agreements require mutual written consent.
