Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Relnivo Inc. collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the Relnivo platform.

Data we collect

We collect three categories of data: information you provide directly, information generated as you use the platform, and information from services you choose to connect.

• Account data — name, work email, company, and role
• Customer data — the records and conversations you store in your workspace
• Usage data — feature usage, performance metrics, and error diagnostics
• Billing data — processed by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers

How we use data

We use account and usage data to operate the service, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. Customer data is processed solely to provide the service to you — we act as processor and you remain the controller.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use customer data to train shared or third-party AI models.

Legal bases

Where GDPR applies, we rely on contractual necessity to provide the service, legitimate interests for security and product improvement, and consent for optional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Data residency and transfers

You choose your primary region at signup: the EU (Frankfurt), the US (Virginia), or the Middle East (Dubai). Data stays in your chosen region except where you enable a feature that requires otherwise. Cross-border transfers use standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Customer data is retained for as long as your workspace is active. After cancellation we retain it for 30 days to allow recovery, then delete it within a further 60 days. Backups age out on a 35-day cycle.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Request erasure, subject to our legal retention obligations
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@relnivo.com. We respond within 30 days.

Sub-processors

We publish a current list of sub-processors and give 30 days notice before adding a new one. Customers on the notification list may object during that window.
